We are a structural engineering consultancy based in Gloucester, England under company number 01960617. Our registered office address is at Brunel House, 1 George Street, Gloucester, GL1 1BZ. We at Goodhind Engineering Consultants Limited will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties without permission.


We only hold the following information on our clients:

Should a client engage in our services, the information outlined above will be stored in both hard copy format and digitally on our database. The information stored as hard copies are kept in the project folders and stored in locked cabinets, after the information is destroyed by an external document disposal company which provides documentation to ensure that the information given is destroyed. The data stored on our system is encrypted for security, when it is no longer required it is then destroyed.​

  1. Paper copies of invoices are scanned into the system and shredded
  2. Office 365 platform.

We do not hold any bank detail information – this is stored within our bank’s software.

In the instance where a client submits information but does not give instruction for us to engage our services, the information is archived as a hard copy for 36 months after the initial contact with our office. After this period, the information is destroyed. Should the correspondence with Goodhind Engineering Consultants Limited be in a digital format, this information is stored on an encrypted data server. 

To request to have your information removed from our files please contact with your request, stating your Name, Company if you are from a business and email address. 

We will reply to your email with a detailed response with in 72 hours.
